According to studies and research, It takes 21 days for a human to cultivate new habits. Thus, to be an invincible person, you need understand who is an invincible person and its characteristic.

By implementing these characteristics for continuous 21 days, one can change their habits and lifestyle.

However, for 21 days you need to be committed and accountable through your own conscience.

Invincible originating from Latin word invincibilis, which means something or someone which is too powerful and impossible to defect or overcome or destroyed or killed.

We all have the desire to become invincible in our life by achieving something which makes us stand out from the crowd.

It might be through sharing knowledge or by achieving goals or by spreading happiness or through inspiring people around you or by earning money or by following our passion etc. But only a few of them are able to achieve what they desire.

So, we need to ask ourselves why they are invincible and why we are not?

A person who is self-aware learns from every situation be it mistakes or defect or success, avoids negativity, empathetic, risk-taker, health-conscious, and ambitious is an invincible person.

These are the characteristics a person must possess to achieve what they desire. Also, practicing these characteristics will make a person stand out from the crowd. Thus, we need to assess ourselves and work towards these characteristics to become an invincible person.

Who are you? Do you really know about yourself? These questions always keep us puzzled. Thus, it is really important to you know about ourselves, to bring a change and to grow in life.

Knowing about our own personality, individuality, beliefs, motivations, strengths and weaknesses is self-awareness.

If your self-aware then you will be boosting your emotional intelligence, thinking and feeling capabilities making you wise and intellectual person through which you will be transforming your life to the way you want to live.

Thus, through self-awareness, you can take control and make necessary changes to your actions and achieve your desired goals. Also, you will be able to understand other people around you and help them in their struggles.

We all have become so busy, selfish and judgmental that we either forget or judge people around us that we don’t even make an attempt to understand others feelings and perspective.

We need to realize that human experience is a shared experience wherein we have to share and understand each other feelings, emotions, experiences and perspective in order to address conflicts, personal growth, build trust, social connections, better understanding and communication.

A person who observes with an open mind tries to understand the situation by actively listening and raising logical questions to come up with the best possible solution and who genuinely wants to help someone without judging and criticizing is an empathetic person.

Risk Taker

Currently, round the clock, people are hustling and working like machines due to which they tend to ignore about their wellness. Which has led to an unhealthy and unbalanced lifestyle.

Wellness is the key to a healthy and balanced lifestyle. A person can achieve wellness only if they are able to keep their mind, body, spirit and financial status healthy.

Thus, to achieve wellness in life one needs to practice empathy, perform meditation, reading books, do physical and mental exercises, consume a balanced diet, follow the passion and try to make life fulfilling.
